Inclusion Criteria 1. Eyes requiring glaucoma drainage device who had either Ć uncontrolled glaucoma despite previous trabeculectomy with adjunctive antimetabolite; Ć secondary glaucomas where routine trabeculectomy, with or without adjunctive antimetabolites, is unlikely to be successful, for example, active neovascular glaucoma, aniridia and glaucoma following traumatic anterior segment disruption. 2. Patient able and willing to give informed consent to participation in this study, and to glaucoma drainage device implantation.
