The inclusion criterion for the recruited raters in this study is undergraduate medical / public health / nursing or community health practice students who have no prior experience in quality of evidence assessment.

ii Exclusion Criteria

Students with prior experience either in performing quality of evidence assessment will be excluded from this study.

No age restriction as long as they are undergraduate students.

No age restriction as long as they are undergraduate students.
