Hong Kong citizens with the Hong Kong Identity Card

Aged 18 or above on the date of attendance

Able to be contacted within two weeks after attendance

Able to listen and speak Cantonese

Deceased patients

Children or young persons aged under 18 years at the date of their attendance at the A&E departments

Any patients who are known to be current inpatients during interview
