HK citizens with the HK Identity Card

Aged 18 or above on the date of attendance

Persons who attended HA SOPCs in selected sampling month and able to be contacted within 2 weeks after attendance

Able to listen and speak Cantonese or English

ii Exclusion Criteria

Deceased patients

Day case or day surgery patients

Psychiatric and mentally handicapped patients

Default case

Any patients who are known to be current inpatients during interview

Attendances at peadiatrics, hospice, psychiatry, dental, multi-specialty, anaesthesiology, pathology and nurse clinics
