(1) Hong Kong Chinese with Hong Kong Identity Card; (2) age ≥ 18 years old; (3) able to speak Cantonese; (4) currently pregnant or meeting the clinical criteria for referral for infertility diagnosis; and (5) able to give informed verbal consent.
Exclusion criteria include those with age above 45 years old, unable to speak Cantonese, neither pregnant nor meeting the clinical criteria for referral for infertility diagnosis, and unable to understand and give informed verbal consent for the study.

Major outcome measure is the validity of the questionnaire among Hong Kong Chinese female.
Associations between these risk factors and current fertility status will be examined by univariate (logistic regression) and multivariate (discriminant) analyses.
